Claim: this is a photo of Heath Ledger (dressed as The Joker)

This is a cosplay photo of Casper Mohr by Panter on DeviantArt. Someone made a black & white version of it – and along the way someone decided it is photo of Heath Ledger. I’m sure it was not Panter’s idea to start spreading his cosplay photo with a false caption.
