Is this a real photo of a killer whale jumping near a boat?

It’s a photoshop job. Someone used a photo of lake Obersee in Germany (bad idea because there cannot be any killer whales), added the Orca, boat and the legs. I tried to find who made this composite image, but failed. Closest match on Instagram can be seen here.
