The image is not real. It’s photoshop artwork ‘Welcome to Bear Creek’ by Fabien Barrau who describes themselves as Photoshop Jedi and Digital Creative.

Mandatory rant: it’s very easy to copy images from Instagram and spread them with erroneous captions and without attribution. But it’s difficult to find images from Instagram due to the way they display images. Making fact checking difficult doesn’t help the artists.
