Does this video show a 50 feet (>15 meters) anaconda in a river in Brazil?

First observation: that is not a river, but a flooded road. Second and more important observation: this video has been stretched horizontally. Below is one of the oldest copies of the original video.

Anacondas have been verified to grow to sizes of 5.5 metres (18.0 ft). There are plenty of unverified claims of longer anacondas.This anaconda could be 4-5 meters long, perhaps bit longer according to some estimates based on the possible width of the road. That anaconda is certainly not over 15 meters (50 feet) long.
