It is CGI/VFX artwork by Alexander Kotelevets and Alexander Ivanov on Instagram. Once you see the full video below, all this is obvious. However, other users posted a shorter clip without mentioning the artists or the fact that it is digital artwork.

Note: finding source from sites like Instagram can be difficult, because they don’t allow search engines to take copies of photos or video key frames. In this case the artists also didn’t use any of the familiar hashtags such as CGI or VFX. I had to manually browse all latest videos until I found the correct one. Artists: please use hashtags on Instagram. Instagram: please do something :p.
