Many history picture accounts claim that this is a photo of Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla taken in 1943.

That’s not true. Original photo shows Albert Einstein with other engineers and scientists at Marconi RCA radio station in 1921. The person standing next to Albert Einstein is AT&T engineer John Renshaw Carson. Source: Wikimedia. Below is the original photograph.
