A new viral video has been shared using various captions:

• St. Elmo’s fire
• Ball lightning
• UFO (alien or something similar)

The source video on YouTube clearly indicates that it’s a CGI artwork made by Andrei Trukhonovets (2019). I also found this discussion in Russian about the making of this video.

I debunked this on January 4th, but it’s still being circulated by various accounts which has raised a lot of questions on Twitter.
