This picture has been widely shared as “Zbigniew Brzezinski with Osama Bin Laden 1981”. Some conspiracy theorists also claim the other man is called Tim Osman or Ossman – an alleged former identity of Osama Bin Laden as a CIA asset.
There is no evidence that the other man in this photo is Osama Bin Laden.

The other man is simply a member of Pakistani Army. More details about this and similar photos on 911Myths. How about the Tim Osman/Bin Laden conspiracy theory? Again: there is no evidence.
